Also one track of land containing one hundred acres which I purchased Benjamine Whitfield it being part of the track called Buckland which said Benjamin Whitfield held by a deed from his father Reuben Whitfield deceased But it is my will and desire that should the said John E Beale have and heir or heirs lawfully begotten of his body for the said John E Beale himself and his heirs forever to hold the aforesaid land to them and their heirs forever But he that said John E Beale die without and heir ???? lawfully begotten of his body my desire is that the said lands be equally divided between my sister Polly Murfee Rebecca Beale and Lucy Ferguson to them and their heirs forever. I also give unto my nephew John E Beale my largest still one feather bed and furniture my one day clock by wooden Stock Gun with draw loops three of his own choice of cows and calves to choice sows and pigs my part of a Negro man slave named Jacob. All the balance of my estate I wish to be sold at public Sale and of the proceeds thereof and with my money and Bonds which I may have after paying my just debts I wish my executors to pay John E Beale the sum of twelve hundred the balance I wish to be equally divided between my mother Cherry Beale Polly Murfee and Rebecca Beale to them and their heirs forever And it is my desire and I do here by nominate constitute an appoint John D Hart Thomas B Worrell and Edmund Thorp any two or either of them my administrator to this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all others and former wills by me heretofor made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seale This 15th day of October in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty.
